Hey guys, I'm gonna make myself one but I can't find out if they are tubing with the ends sealed up or solid rod. The difference is a lot in price and especially weight.

Mine is solid on my 1625, rarely use it but it's there if I need it I guess

Jeez that sounds heavy. Well, thanks. I'm gonna give it a shot this weekend. The hole would accommodate a 1 1/4" steel rod and be snug as a bug.

Go big!

I set up mine for 7/8" solid rod & bent it like no tomorrow with my 1625 Super Jr. PO had modded the small end of the machine & cut off the ground stake holder. I would think 1 1/4" should work!

Good Luck!
