Super 2100 Automatic Hot saw!

Okay, here's a try at embedding:

homedelightman's hot saw. Jonathan give us more info please - as I said my memory is as bad as my hearing and I'm a lousy note taker...

This is my Super 2100 Automatic that Kenn Dunn in Ca had built for me. I have had this saw for about ten years, I don't use it very much. I am suprised it ran at all! Unfortunely, I didn't have time to make up a suitable race chain for the big belly bar, and just using the standard new .404" chain makes the saw look incredibly slow. I will have a race chain for next year! Anyway the saw is 7.0 cubic inches (114cc's), it has a expansion pipe from a 125 Kawasaki dirt bike, the flywheel was shaved down, the timing advanced, and a GEM V-12 reed cage, with 2 Tilliotson HL-360 carbs installed. Thanks for looking! Jonathan

And you forgot to mention that you use that "sweet" smelling Castorl in all your saws....

Hey that's my Contra/lightning...Before anybody gives any lip about how it cuts I want to tell you that it is running the original bar and chain. Chain filed down to where there is almost no tooth left and uneven side to side.

Before the GTG I had ordered a new bar and chain and when they arrived the chain didn't fit the bar. Grrrrrrrr! It probably needs tuning as well but I just didn't have time before the GTG.

Here's the contra before the GTG in some 21" oak with the same 21" bar and chain. Fun but not as fun as it will be when I get it tuned properly and with a new bar/chain.

An obvious malfuntion here...I went by the instructions!..do you remove all of the "<" ??? from the embed link?

My apologies MFM! I removed the "<" so that you could see what the code looked like in case there was any confusion. Apparently I caused confusion :).

Paste the link as is, do not remove any part of the link, unless you know what you are doing ;).

After replacing the "<":
