Dateline Clearwater, BC. Gypo Logger, while only slightly inibriated, won both the stock appearing and piped 6 CI+ classes at the Clearwater Revival. Using his own 088 KD for the stock class and a 084 KD for the piped class, John Lambert upset the reigning champions of all classes by blowing away the Rupley brothers with ministrations conceived by the silent one, Ken Dunn.
John and Mike Rupley were so disheartened, that Eastie had to shovel them into the back of Rotax's truck and dump them back at their hotel. Ginger rewarded our hero by taking off with him for no less than 2 hours to places unknown. All we heard was some horses doing the "Treeclimber 165 thing". Oh well.......(Dennis), full Clearwater report and pictures later (I took almost 300).

Huskyman,
You shouldn't question Gypo's ability now that he is the undisputed champion. If he can get a two-hour job done in two minutes, he is truly fast. I remember some time ago there was someone named Walt who claimed that he could an 8-hour job in one hour and drink two beers besides. Maybe Gypo is just a slower drinker. I just hope Gypo's end result turned out better than Walt's.

Sawracer,
A lot of pictures would be nice. Alcohol does have an effect on memory all right.

Art, you probably know better then I that there are some jobs that cannot be rushed, you have to take your time to do it right:D

Hi There, I showed rotax how to file in 90 seconds for a wood chain but he never really caught on, however, he showed me the science and fine art of "shock peaning" a chain with a mallet. It works real well.

I forgot to mention that a liberal application of Nevr Dull pays big dividends to those that dont like to file. Jon Rupley sold several cases in Clearwater to local loggers.
