The OEM factory bends were done on a mandrel
You will also need mandrels for the bottom end if it is flattened under the tank?

We will see tomorrow looks to be around 6/8 feet in the pack so I can try it a few times lolHahahaha...I thought you meant the aluminum tubing also.
I don't know the answer. Didn't even know you could buy the plastic tubing. I look forward to hearing how you do.
The dealer had it on the shelf for a while it was a miss order. I ask about it and he said he had some that he ordered by mistake and let me have it for $30Wow! That looks great. How much did the plastic tubing cost?
Or sell them as xmass decorations.Oh this is easy..
First get the roll of tubing, then a bucket of old hardware. Now, cut the tubing into many unique and decorative shapes, monsters, etc, whatever. Glue on the odd hardware, add some wire loops, then go hang around outside at a lady gagme concert and sell all the new pieces as punk/goth jewelry. Now take the money you make and go buy a new handlebar.
Hey lad!!!I just did one last night.
Didn't use the Stihl hose, but some peristaltic pump hose.
Yup 80psi was where I needed to be also.
I have used generic KY in the past, this time I used some pink hand soap.
I thought the Stihl hose had more pronounced ribbing?
We use some big stuff. Durable as the devil too.Use a bunch of 'heat shrink' at work,.
Does not have the thickness I desire.
Luckily the girl that runs the printer at work keeps me supplied, she changes out the tubing every color change.
Wire pullin' lube should work too.
Looks right!!Dat **** ain't cheap.
Stuff I use is free!
Here's a couple I did last Summer, 152 wrap and a 133/143 wrap.
