Every Thanksgiving I make my famous tofu turkey with lots of tasty sides and pies. Since we are having a big Christmas get-together, this year, with tons of folks coming to stay, I figured I'll make only one big feast, at that time. Today, we go pick up a restaurant-cooked, vegan meal with all the trimmings. Ahhhh------Tomorrow, just turn on the TV, zap the goodies and enjoy!
