Master Bater, pull your head out of your arse so ye can think straight. I'll type slowly so you can follow along. Base pay is $20/hr. Overtime (typically about 10 hours a week) is $30/hr. That brings the average hourly wage up to $22. Are you with me so far? Benefits add about $8/hr (health insurance alone is about $5/hr). So, total compensation is around $30 per hour. This in a state with one of the lowest cost of living and no state income tax. How do you figure these are low wages? Get a clue.

With benifits thats a good wage, if he/she is productive do you have a bonus on top of that?

Bonus for showing up sounds great. I might get one for showing up everyday. $20 an hour doesn't sound too bad if you throw in another 10 to $15,000 a year bonus on top of wages for a good climber that is.
