Help with a fastener

I need to know the diameter and length of a Stihl fastener. On an original 028, recoil /flywheel side. The screw just to the left of the brake handle that fastens the muffler to the case. Also hoping the empty hole is not stripped!

It is a 5 mm, probably 16mm in length, if it is the screw I think you are talking about.
