I have a new piston I want to put on e-bay. the part # is 1115 030 2000
I assume it is for an 056, but the parts list does not show it D is 50
#1115 030 200 2002 with D54 is the smallest it shows. Any ideas.

Thanks

Fish if no one, helps you out by tomorrow morning I will be back out at the other house and I have a book that Dave Ellis put together for me and it has every stihl part number in it , so I will be able to figure it out

1115 030 2000 is for a 045.

Here's what I think - This was superceeded in 1989 by 1115 020 1200 - which doesn't make complete sense as this number is for the 50mm Piston AND Cylinder. The Piston alone is 1115 030 1200. This number is for an 045 up to serial number 8 103 50 (1974). The newer piston/cylinder is 52mm. So, I guess you could say 50mm "for old 045".
