help with tree identafaction

This tree is going to be removed to close to a red wood and to close to the tree out side the fence
? is what kind of tree is it
I have a feeling but am not shure the ash tree out side the fence needs help with time and prunning

Pic's could be better, but I would guess a flowering pear.

I know the tree can grow to be over 50 ft as i have taken that awfule miseltoe out of them on another job cutting 1 ft back past the lateral to the next good spot
but this is not a small tree other than that i havent ben able to pin it down
 
Is this different from a Bradford Pear? Just for my knowledge, if so what are the differences?

i beleave that bradford is the comen name kind of like sweet gum is liquedamber
it maks the ho feel real comfertable to have some one come out and tell them thay have somthing that thay have never heard of
only to find out ther both the same thing :popcorn:
in my mind ther is a lot of knowlege to be learnd from the guys that have ben in the game a long time much respect

Yep, its a Bradford. Talk to the homeowner and see if they want to cut it down. On the east coast they split as they mature and are considered a invasive species. The only good Bradford is a dead Bradford. IMO.
