Does anyone know how to take the hesitation out of a new MS200 chainsaw? I have two new ones and can't adjust them without hesitation in the throttle. I have two 020t's that still run better than the MS200's.

Take it back to the dealer. You may get it back in a couple of months. We took our 200 in two months ago. they finally called this week to say it is done.

200

Check inlet lever height FIRST. Get it to spec. Then get to the fixed jet and open it one size on a low speed needle only model OR, remove the limiter on the hi speed needle and reset so it cane be adjusted with the optimum setting in the middle of travel. Either one will cure the bog.
PS- ALWAYS check the exhaust screen for restriction.

Tried out the 200 after the dealer had it two months. Worked all right when i warmed it up before climbing. Got to the first limb, no throttle response. I was quite dissapointed.
