Just found this and love it. I am looking at trees at homes in Omaha NE- Below see Big Blue NZ Spruce is it okay, need trimming advice? What can i do wiith it, it is uprooting in front of the garage in the alley driveway. Your thoughts?

What kind of trees are in this forest? its in Council Bluffs IA. I have about 1.75-2 acres on my new property. in the background u can see the road access/frontage on the road. Can i thin it, make walking paths, cool camp site? are there animals , should it leave it alone? Thoughts?
