I get calls all the time from people trying to sell me there trees. Also I've went out and looked at black walnut/oak jobs where the H/O is more than convinced that the wood is worth thousands. I always say well I'll leave the wood for you to sell and find a buyer, I'm not in the timber business.

dont worry guys it happens all around the world, some twit here in nz tried to sell some standing gum trees, all #### to be removed and by the way you needed a chopper to get them out, i went and looked at them and he was talkin them up big time, over 50 cord of fire wood in them he worked out, there was 9 haha i said you would be looking around the 10-15 grand mark and his eyes lit up, there yours mate he says, oh sweet as mate ill need a 5 grand deposit and the rest of the money on completion, he went awful silent after wards haha

haha thats some funny #### haha,

the other thing we get over here is people that planted 1-20 acres of pines then think there worth something after a few years, they freak out when you spring on them the fire wood merchant will pick up the logs and pay ya 20 bucks a ton haha and their left with a big pile of #### haha.
