Full Job Description​

Urgently Hiring! Consulting Utility Foresters to inspect and document vegetation that encroaches upon electrical distribution and transmission infrastructure in fire ravaged areas. We are hiring ONLY experienced and certified inspectors. Pay will be dependent on experience.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a current ISA-Certified Arborist and TRAQ certification (If the individual does not have TRAQ, they must be eligible to attend a TRAQ course)
• Must have current CPR/First Aid/AED card
• Must have current 40 Hour Hazwoper
• Ability to accurately identify tree and plant species and have working knowledge of growth rates
• Enjoy working outdoors independently in rugged terrain and inclement weather
• Be self-driven to be punctual, professional, and detailed with minimal supervision
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and follow maps
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must have a 4x4 truck in good physical and mechanical condition
• Must be proficient in using technology including cell phone, tablet, apps, GPS, and Microsoft Office Suite

Desired Qualifications:

• 2 or 4 year degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Botany, or other related science
