Hmmm...it might be a trap. Maybe they're trying to get all the California immigrants into one location so they can keep an eye on us? Sounds kinda like a plot to me.

When I worked past Ryderwood on Weyco land a bunch of years ago, there was a set of quaint old "Burma Shave" type signs warning about the dangers of driving too fast, about a mile out of town.

I don't know! When Ryderwood is googled there are some remarks about secret stuff, even nuclear testing having gone on in that area. But, it has cheap houses for sale so none of that is important. It has also been raining at a good clip in these parts.

There were (maybe still are?) a series of Burma-Shave knockoff (Burma-Safe) signs at a mill in Longview. I thought they were kinda cool. As safety signs go anyway.
