Hey everybody, I'm hear to learn what my colleagues can't teach me. I currently work for asplundh but in my region and my crew they do things differently. I crave tree climbing but lack the funds for my own gear, and I'm here because just a bit of browsing through the forum I know that yall are all down to listen, teach, learn, and respect each other enough to form true community and I want to be a part of it.

Save your money up, buy the gear. You will not regret it. I worked with Asplundh back in the 80's and it took a while to get my stuff too. Left to work as a climber in power and telecom all over the country. Never think your situation won't change.
