Holzfforma G444 max rpm

Just about have my G444 broken in. It is still rich and WOT no load with 25" bar and chain is turning about 11900. The paperwork that came with the saw states 2500 idle and 11500 max power rpm. Since it is a clone of the 044/MS440, can it safely handle 13000ish max no load tune if it still 4 strokes with no load? Had tons of trees down from Helene and needed a bigger saw. The clone was only thing available in my budget. So far it has ran flawlessly, although it was pig rich at maxing at 11k WOT. I turned it down slightly after the first tank. Getting close to ten tanks now.

13000-13500rpm max no load should be pretty close.
I dont use a tach much, I tune in a big piece of wood, I cut a little, lift up a little listening for it fourstroking then cut a little. I tune so it fourstrokes with no load then clears up while cutting.
