Nothing earth shattering here but wanted to share some pics for inspiration for anybody else who may be thinking of building one.
The goal was to haul 2 saws, gas, oil, fiskars x27, wedges, and log tongs as these are the items I use the most when cutting. I have a husky felling lever and 2800 axe that hang on the ROPS easily enough so I didn't worry about them. The saw scabbards hang on a removable tube that pins into the vertical receiver tube. I can take it all off and use as a gooseneck hitch or to hold future attachments. The vertical plates left and right of the vert. tube are to hang suitcase weights. I can fit 10 total for roughly 500lbs of ballast including the weight of the hitch. The hitch is similar to an omni or HeavyHitch but I did not like how far back the ball mount sticks with their designs. I also incorporated a tray between the 3pt arms to hold gas/oil or chains, etc.
So far so good. I tried it out last Sunday and It works well. I could live with it as is but this is my prototype lol. I have a few ideas in mind for another build already. Opinions welcome.
