Homelite E-Z Model Number Question

I noticed that Homelite saws might have another Model Designation (it appears that they start with a UT). Does anyone know what the Model Designation is for a Homelite E-Z Chainsaw?

Or doe this model of saw even have a "UT" designation number?

The U T number is just a model number on the tag, to look up the proper part numbers, as the Model variations on old Homelites are quite fluid.

Ah...I was just wondering if I could do a search on the internet using that "UT" number and find more information on it....

ya, who knows...My guess is that yours is a 1981 also...??

Your probably right. I kinda thought this saw would be older than a 81? Still has the aluminum airfilter cover, my other one has a black plastic cover. Both have magnesium flywheel covers.
