homelite no spark

Welcome to the site. This is a little confusing because it says discuss chains saws here. Actually it means Chainsaw mills here. Go back to the main menu and scroll down and there is a chainsaw specific forum, with a Homelite specific thread. I have several big old Homies and was having spark problems with one of my Super 1050's so I tried a NovaII electronic ignition module. Was pretty easy to install, follow the directions. Got it at my local small engine shop and I think it was about $12. Good luck, Joe.
