It's square stalk caught on an angle and welded to a flat piece of metal with a hole in it and then I drilled two other holes to put pop rivets through and you can make them as big as you want depending on the square stalk and pieces of metal you have and the room on your muffler I prefer out the sides because the front side of the muffler creates a baffling to where it has to back off and come out the sides and then again it's not in your face either whether you're bucking or felling lol

Theres a cool exspansion chamber muffer i did around here but cant find it. The piped 372 actually showed gains over a normal muffler mod.
The other orange saw is a big single port 380. That thing realy woke up with the muffler.

Im not much for dual ports but man the 440 hybrid is a freaking animal in the wood.

We have to run sparkscreens on public land here. The spark tube was i think my invention 15 years ago or i guess if it wasnt it shoulda been ;)

The 372 i think runs better with the spark tube knecking it down need to do more testing. Though it doesnt pull on the bottom like the 440/046. Its actually a ported 372xpw.
The 440 pulls a 32" in bar deep wood noticably better

Did a little work on this (what I believe to be) late husky 61 muffler. Originally had the opposing outlet that directed the exhaust backwards into a larger deflector facing forward. Removed the large deflector and installed a 288 outlet. Turned out pretty good. Spark screen will be reinstalled. Also, this muffler doesn’t have the internal baffle so she’s gonna flow.
