How many links should there be

Hi everyone, have a bar with no markings relating to how many links
should be in the chain.

It is a 38cm bar .43 gauge, and is supposed to be off a Makita EA4300.

Does anyone know the link count for this outfit, in 3/8 LoPro pitch.

Oregon says it should be 52 dl.

38cm = 14" here I believe because 15" came up with nothing and it should possibly be a
.050.

But would it differ as am talking about Makita,
not Echo, or are the mounting positions for the bars the same.

If you look at the chart I put in a Makita so that should be in the ballpark.

I think 52 links is right, if not 53, the next bar size up is (16”) and has 56 links,
It’s actually 40cm which is 15.72 inches, and with 38cm being 14.93 inches,
that’s leaves 21 mm or 3/4 of an inch between the bar lengths.

Will just take it to the dealers and try one on.
