Not constant but it comes and goes on a fairly regular basis. I don't take any medication b/c I don't like pills. I will switch hands using my hand saw. That seems to help. If its real bad at the end of the day, ice it.

Have had it in left arm for years. Pain got to be too bad and had to have surgery to release the tendon. Since then, arm is fine. Now right elbow doing the same. Have received a few shots but plan on the surgery for the other arm. In my case, I waited until I felt the burning pain which I could not take any longer. Chainsaw and limb weight are the cause along with the constant repetition involved in our line of work.

What a bunch of wussies... as I sip my beer through a straw because it hurts to much to lift it and keep looking at pics of that 150T ....

left arm lateral epicondilitis (AKA tennis elbow) . For me (48) started after I installed a wood boiler and began handling firewood constantly in addition to the tree work I do. ibuprophen, ice, strengthening. takes a long time to heal.

Started getting this two years ago at age 42, in both elbows. It began on the outside tendons (tennis elbow) then started effecting the inners (golfer's elbow). The first bout lasted around 8 months. It does return irregularly, but seems to be decreasing in intensity and frequency. I credit stretches in the morning and prior to heavy activity mainly for being able to keep it under control.
