Anyone think they will get any work out of this one? Will be the only one that hits the gulf this season..

Will probably be the closest hurricane to me since Katrina. (Jackson, MS)

I'm probably going to go if it looks like it's going to do any real damage.

in nc we are getting a soaking rain; not a puff of wind.

for sure storm-chasing is not a sustainable business model.

Sell tree preservation--there is always work to do! :blob2:

I always looked at it as a secondary line for when times are slow. But then when I did it regularly there was not the post Katrina industry that there is now.

I'm in VA for a week or so, and in Williamsburg the rain is pouring, 2" every 8 hours or so, and the wind is gusting up to 40mph+, and we are supposed to get some sustained winds tonight and a lot more rain.

Might not be a vacation, these trees are are gonna start falling, and I am wired in here.
