I just notice that the Husqvarna 336 became the new 339xp. I had the chance to try a 336 and it had a great feel, big handles, lots of space and nice balance too! I thought this saw would have it's place in some removal work. When we need something bigger than our 338's above we would send up or 346 or 357 to get the job done. Any one using a 339 yet? Big price shock, 339xp-$449. while a 346 is $469. Heck a 350 is only $299. Is a 339 worth it?, it's just a 338 in a different case?

its been on market over here in scandinavia for years... Should be quite decent saw but only for small wood, havent heard a bad thing about em neither....

I have read a couple of reports on carb issues in Germany, but the dealers around here has sold some, with no issues so far (they say).

I believe that was issue only in first few patches of 339xp's and they should be fixed by now..
