Got Used Saw The Other Day And Ran Into A Problem.
Its A 266 And I Can Adjust The Chain To About Half The
Drive Is Out Of The Bar, Then After One Or Two Cuts
The Dang Chain Is So Tight It Will Stop The Saw. So I
Put A New Chain On With A New 3/8 8 Disk Behind The
Clutch. So Still Have The Problem.
Any Guru's Help Me Solve This Problem. Thanks

Hey Mike Forgot To Mention That But Not Really.
Gear Looks Good But Its Not Putting Out Like It Should.
Tried It With The Bar Off, And It Dribble's Out.

I think that you just identified the problem!
That saw uses a plastic drive ring that drives off of the sprocket. Check it to make sure that it is driving properly. Also check the oil pickup line and screen located in the oil tank. Failing that you can pull the clutch, sprocket, and drive to access the oiler. The oiler will then unbolt from the saw by removing the four socket head cap screws. The oiler is fully serviceable.
