I Have A Never Used 334t When Tighting Up The Bar Nut The Chain Wants To Stop Spinning Freely To The Point Of Hereing Metal Against Hard Plastic Seems Like The Clutch Cover Is Bottoming Out On The Top Of The Clutch Am I Missing A Spacer I Dont Want To Fire Up The Saw With This Happening Is This Common This Is A Brand New Saw Bought On E-bay ???

make sure the chain is on the sprocket and not beside it. happens on my 346 all the time. there is just enough slop for the sproket to slide to one side and the chain slide to the other.

husky clutch plate

371 groundie thanks for the reply chain is on sprocket I am looking at the inside of the clutch plate and see shaveings of aluminum not mutch but some and you can see were the paint has come of the shoulder that holds the clutch ring in place there is 5 little steps that the ring sits on and 2 look to be out past the ring more than the others so the clutch is scapeing on them and shineing the aluminum up sticks out like a sore thumb ever hear of that
