Husky 350 - leaking oiler

I have a 3 year old Husky 350 that leaks all the bar oil out when stored for any length of time. It has done this since new. I took it to the dealer and they said that this is normal and that I have to drain the oil out after using the saw if I want to keep my saw case clean. Is this normal for this saw or is there something I can adjust or do I need to see another dealer?

The dealer is right.The oil is leaking because there is a pressure buildup inside the tank ,caussing the oil to leak.Dont worry,all saws do the same after they have been stored only for few hours,worst when its hot.

I have a friend with one that does the same thing, funny thing is that another friend has the same saw, and it does not leak a drop! I figure that there has to be some pathetic hunk of dirt stuck in a check valve, or some such thing.
