I am New in this forum. I have a Husky 350 that keeps dying out when I am cutting with it. I replaced the spark plug,Fuel Filter, air cleaner and it makes no difference.I had a small engine shop clean the carburetor and it makes no difference. Has anybody got any Idea what might be wrong with it?

Can you give more information. How often, low speed, high speed, dies completely, momentary lag. will it restart easily or not.

Hi Bad Cut, I think the problem is that your chain is too dull, get Frank to touch it up for you.
Just kidding, although Frank weilds a pretty wicked file.

You may want to check out the tank vent, it could be pluged causing the symptoms you mentioned.

How much has it run and does it appear to stop from lost of power, or like it is strangled?

BTW. Welcome to the forum.

I had a chance to cut with my Husky 350 and it starts good but it stalls during acceleration but if I pump the triger about three times to get it pass the stalling point and keep it wide open it well cut gust great.I had to turn the High and low Idel screws all the way counter clock wise until the caps on the screws stop. when it did quit on acceleration I could start it back up with one pull on the starter rope. When when I checked the gas and it was just about empty so I filled it up with the same gas that I put in it before and now it starts but well not accelerate and it just dies out.

put a kit in the carb and change fuel filter also you might have a small leak in the fuel line. and try it again

I fix the problem

the gas line from carb to fuel tank had a hole in it and I had it replaced and the saw runs real good. Thanks for the help.
