Just picked up the 353 today, same bottom end as the 346xp, 2152, 2149, and 351, all high quality. Noticed the the jug now has the removable plates to get at the transfers better so it should be a little easier for the builders to work on. Dennis will let us know soon:D . If anybody else wants one you can have one for $330 + shipping outside of New York state, they have to add 7% sales tax inside the state. I`ll post the link, tell them Russ sent you.Commercial Cutters Direct

I also have one on the way look like a well built saw.
I think they are on the same bases as the 2149 (anyhow that's what they replaced)
Hears another guy that sells them reasonable http://www.theworks.com/COMM/rods/

Tell Rod I sent you may buy a bit cheaper

I think the 353 and the 2152 are identical saws...same bore, stroke, fluid capacities, hp, weight, etc. the 2152 is rated by jonsereds as a "pro saw" while the 2149 is rated "semi-pro". So, by deduction, the 353 is probably also a "pro-saw". I have a new 353 with a Walker muffler....really screams.

Actually I like the looks of the Jonsered much better, maybe Dennis will become confused and send me a red saw. Russ

Russ, how far are you from CCD....I saw a sign for Warners last week off the thruway..not exactly sure where it is though.

Jeff

I just got word from Rod He says he has a few 2152 at 320.00 +20.00 shipping .

Hi Jeff, I`m about a half hour form CCD which is normal. I`m about a half hour from everything. CCD is between Camillus and Warners. On the way over to CCD you can stop at the Camillus Knife factory store and get some great prices on Camillus and Western knives. Russ
