Husky 390 on a 7310

[Need more chainsaws]

Has anyone tried to put a Husqvarna 390 pistion and cylinder on an Echo 7910 chassis, if so what was the result... I was wondering because the cylinders are closely alike except for bore size and I would like to know if it is even possible...
