Husky 450

I have a husky 450 and recently had someone service it for me because I was having fuel issues , so the person who serviced it said he cleaned the carb and was dirty , but since I got the saw back when starting the saw it no longer goes into high idle on a cold start. Is there something hooked up incorrect or tuned incorrectly? And input much appreciated!!
