I Disassembled my 455 Rancher I picked up recently. I knew it needed a new seal and fuel line so I decided to check the piston and cylinder.
I think they are ok, but I am asking my fellow Chainsaw Brethren what their opinion is.
So, what so say you everyone?
I am thinking I should just clean the piston, install new seals, clean the carb, and reassemble.
I also included a pic of the carb adjustment screws. It does not appear these are able to be customized - remove caps

I also attached a pic of the piston ring. It looked good.

Thanks

Others will chime in soon, but if it were mine, as long as the cylinder walls were smooth. I'd buy a new caber ring for it and run it.
