Using an angle grinder works pretty well.

First destroy all the outer bits of the bearing using a cutting disc. Leaving just the offending inner sleeve on the shaft.

Change to a grinding disc and carefully thin the sleeve at 2 opposite points until nearly through.

Whack the side of the sleeve with a hammer and chisel and it should move or break easily.

If not, just grind a little more and repeat.

the last time they had to be replaced i just left it in to a guy who dose lawnmowers etc.. thanks for the tip when i go near that type of thing it all goes peat tong ie lose bits snap something ring nuts you know the kind of thing
