Husky Workshop Manual...is this a typo?

I was bored and browsing through the Husky workshop manual 357xp, 359 from the reference links post and was suprised to read page 47 "EPA carb. Adjustment". It reads something like let the engine run a 12,500-13,000 RPM for approximately 1 minute. One minute @ WOT throttle RPMs would kill a saw? That seems like one helluva long time. What do you guys think?
 
Sounds kinda like the hqvarna boys at the Woodsman Field days here in late august they scream those Hqvarna's GO... or BLOW....:rock:

It doesn't look like a typo, the way it is written in that manual.......:givebeer: :popcorn:

.....and 12500 on the 359 and 13000 on the 357xp isn't WOT, but quite close to it.
