I'm practicing porting a 365 cylinder and are planing on using these numbers, ex 100, trans 120 and intake 80. Would those numbers be good running a short bar? Suggestions from anyone with experience porting the 365 would be appreciated.
18"to 20"When u say short bar you mean under whT length

I just looked in my black book of port size differance and exaust I have done and dyno mite numbers you will be satisfied with these as long as you advance timing 2° on keyway it's a easy process and put the muffler mod with gutted can in this configuration like I did on a 575 you will be more then ahead the game and have a saw that makes u smile ear to ear run 40:1 either Lucas or royal purple two stroke synthetic also make the exaust ports as flat as possible and intake for less spit back rebound loss also mine loved a hotter plug one number hotter if I can remember correct it was a odd plug hard to find been a while since I built and sold those saws keep a post on your progression18"to 20"
That's good to hear, thanks. I'm going to advance the timing little by little and see what it likes best.I just looked in my black book of port size differance and exaust I have done and dyno mite numbers you will be satisfied with these as long as you advance timing 2° on keyway it's a easy process and put the muffler mod with gutted can in this configuration like I did on a 575 you will be more then ahead the game and have a saw that makes u smile ear to ear run 40:1 either Lucas or royal purple two stroke synthetic also make the exaust ports as flat as possible and intake for less spit back rebound loss also mine loved a hotter plug one number hotter if I can remember correct it was a odd plug hard to find been a while since I built and sold those saws keep a post on your progression
