One local to me for listed for $500, got him down to $300.

Nothing broken, a little dirty and the muffler is rusty.....worth it?

Parts availability and sites?

If it's all OEM and truly a closed port "special" that's a fair price. OEM spare parts are still readily available, and there is massive aftermarket support for that model. It's easily upgradable to a 372xp or even 75cc XPW if you decide to ever go that route. I recently heard though that the 51.4mm XPW top ends are being discontinued.
