The impulse grommet on my Rancher 55 is worn beyond use. I live in Chile and the local dealer does not have the part unless I also buy a new cylinder (at a ridiculously high price). A new one from the States costs about $7, but the shipping is about $35 and import duties add some more.
I can get a meter of silicon tubing from China for a fraction of that cost, but I don't know the size I should get. Does anyone know the inner and outer diameters of a new impulse grommet? I can guess from the diameter of the hole in the cylinder and the plastic nipple on the bulkhead, but was just wondering if anyone had the measurements directly. Thanks kindly for any help.
