I am Rebuilding a Husqvarna 65L Model Saw & Can Not seem the get the Starter Pulley to Release from the Cover it is Mounted on. I have Removed the Starter Rope & Handle as well as the Retaining Screw & Washer which Holds the Rope Pulley But it Wont Move. I Believe the Pulley is Mounted on a Bushing of some Sort & was Wondering if I should Soak it with A Penetrating Oil or is there something I am Missing
