This is, I believe, the third 51 I have worked on where just one toothe on the oil pump shaft were stipped off.

What actually causes this, and why on this model?

The worm on the crankshaft seems to be O.K.

I goofed, I have edited that. It is a Husky oiler in a Husky 51.

It is the recoils I often have to work on on 028s.
