Just purchased a Vermeer 1600a drum/ c and d chipper. I have used these in the past and am fine with them I just thought for training new guys a hydraulic fed chipper would be better. I wondered if anyone has ever added a hydraulic feed wheel to a chuck and duck. I see that Karl Kummerling in massilon Ohio has done that with one of their machines. I want to add this to my Vermeer. imput would be nice. thanks.
