hi guys just looking for some info,
does a bucket truck need dielectric hydraulic oil in the lines to pass the dielectric test. if it does not have it in there what will happen.???????

Not sure, but I was told that the dialectric hyd. oil is a scam because the oil gets condensation in it right off anyways. I switched mine over to atf, thats what Lewis runs in all their buckets around here...so chances are you'll be fine with the atf. since theirs get tested often. Much cheaper too.
 
i just wondering i need to get my testing on my bucket done next week. I didn't't want it to be in a ball of flames. I am hoping that it is OK and i don't need to drain clean and refill with dielectric fluid save my self some coin.
