Need some help troubleshooting a line continuously busting on my 1996 teco saturn boom!
Maybe it getting stretched and weakening then bursting ,check it in full range of motion with a helper and see if it gets too tight in one spot. What else could it be if it keeps happening to one hose in the same spot ? Rubbing ,cutting etc.Its a 2000 lbs pressure system with 2800 lbs pressure hose. its bursting in the same section of the hose continuously and only when booms are at about 45° angles.

Could be a bad spring Causing a transient…..Wonder is some type of hydraulic oil hammer is taking place?
.
Maybe, but why blowing in the same spot each time.Wonder is some type of hydraulic oil hammer is taking place?

Maybe missing an outer reinforcement spring which would prevent kinkingkinking
Maybe its not in the proper position or too short, pulling etc put it in motion and watch, it aint rocket science.Maybe missing an outer reinforcement spring which would prevent kinking
