I did some swapping today traded a pickup load of unsplit green firewood for a 3.3 Craftsman chain saw.It is missing the screw that is used to adjust the oiler. I can tell the saw is a poulan made due to the filler caps.
Does anyone here have a parts saw that I can buy that screw out of? Thanks
saw runs good. But he said it does not oil. well beats me. I need the screw before I cut with it

LMAO

takes a craftsman to get fish all excited.......

truth be known i had a awesome craftsman back long time ago.....

My first saw was a lil craftsman with top filler.......

got it gave to me and i ran it for what semmed like forever back then......
then pawned it for 50 bucks....
i would love to have that saw in my garage.......

LOL now that i think about it i used to run a 14inch eager beaver bar....

that takes me back........Good post.:rockn:

I went to the sears site

I can not really tell from their drawing what all might be missing. I do not have a clue what lives on the upper end of that screw.Does anyone have one of these or familiar with the oil pump enough to know what might be missing. I can buy the whole pump for 44 bucks.. But I will toss the saw first. Not worth me spending 44 dollars on a beater saw.

If it the adjusting screw the only thing it needs is an O ring
530015873 screw
530019079 O ring
If you need the Oiler adjustment pin 530015752
I believe this is a Poulan 3300

an old beater saw is a good thing to have to lend out to father in laws, brother in laws & friends that give you beer for letting them use a saw, but are pretty ruff on them:givebeer:

I oreder the parts locally.

It was more money than I really wanted to put into the saw. right at 6 bucks.LOL
As for a loaner saw. Never ever loan a saw.Unless you just absolutely hate the saw. Or you know it is about to blow and you owe the borrower a guilt trip. LOL Just never let em fix it..
I figure the saw came with three chains. One is pretty rocked out and the other two just needed a light touch up. Once they are gone I doubt I will replace them.

Thanks to all for posting replies and part numbers
