Hmmmm, the only thing I have to say is that there supposedly was an agreement that fire levels would be coordinated between the agencies. BUTit isn't always the case. Up here in Washington, a couple years ago, the state had a level 2 and the Forest Service went to a level 3. The reason?
Forest Service firefighters were off on various fires and there were no crews left in the area to respond to a fire.

Sometimes the phone message is also not updated--somebody forgot. Well, I'm no help...you'll find out tomorrow probably. :bang:

I look here and it says level IFPL level I (Fire level)...
(Looking at this on Sunday July 13.)

But I was talking with a guy from the BLM, and he told me the specific area I was going to was [in effect] level II because of this notice...

I know the 16th, Douglas County will be going into closer. We moved up our fire level to High today as well. I don't know out IFPL level yet. So I will get the info tomorrow for yall. Happy hunting and no burning! :deadhorse:

IFPL level is still 1 down here. Closure level in effect. High rating, automatic dispatch. Had another fire today up North Myrtle way. I guess the sinful word of the summer is BBQ.
