im new and need help

first of my name is robby found this place from google i dont no if im posting in the rite section but i just got another stump grinder i bought from a friend its a sc252 made in 2000 the old motor was tired so we put on a brand new 20 hp honda vtwin crate engine on it the problem is now i have to run seperate switches for the grinding wheel the fuel pump and the ignition we went and got an electric fuel pump for it cause for some reason the stock pump just wouldnt pump gas my question is do yall have any tips for my situation getting tired of having to charge my battery to run this each day

I would think there is an alternator somewhere for electrical current. Try finding and replacing it.
 
I don't understand half of what you are saying but if the battery keeps going dead maybe you forgot ti plug the magneto thing back in or it is bad. It usually had 3 wires to it with spade connectors, its mounted somewhere on the flywheel cover?

Isn't teh fuel pump in the valve cover of the motor?
