I've got 2 wj carbs

one is internal impulse and has the nipple coming from the carb plate (also has the fuel governor, if it matters)

The other is internal impulse, impulse comes in through the intake block/boot

Can I just throw the carb plate with the nipple on the other?

Am I able to run it like that without it running lean?

And any walbro WJ gurus have any good info on the carb that they wanna share? Can't find Any info or manuals on that series

I cannot specifically address your situation, bit I added an impulse fitting to an SDC carburetor from a CP70 McCulloch (impulse signal through the carburetor flange) and it work just fine on an SP125 McCulloch.

The SDC18 came off the CP70, the SP125 had an SDC2 which is the smaller venturi & throttle bore.

I took a fuel line fitting from a junk carburetor and added it to the SDC18
