this saw blew up in my hands. Teh tach blipped out on me and so I went WOT again and put the tach to it when it jumped off the bench about 3 inches. My tach btw tops out at 24K. I have no clue how fast she was really going other than way too fast.

Yikes! It jumped 3" how high did you jump?! Definately up there in the "Catatrophic Failures Hall of Fame" (Hmmmm, we don't have one of those do we.........should, with explainations and pics).
Glad nobody was hurt, that could have caused a body serious injury I think.
