Aquired JEX chipper- a tremendous amount of dust circulates in the loading chute- you can see a vortex right in front of the drum. I had expected that the dust would be sent thru the discharge chute. Is this normal?
Also the govenor was disconnected- what rpm is normal for the 300 six cylinder Ford?
Any help appreciated.
