Any experience with them? I'm older, and some back injuries i'm recovering from, i'm getting quite a bit more cautious with my activities.
I was deciding for a tommygate, but i think maybe a crane lift might be better?
I just finished burning a 2nd 2" reese hitchso i'll have two places off the frame (not the bed, that idea looks straight up stupid with even more work just to mount it in the way).
I planned to replace the hand cable winch with a 12v DC wireless 2500# setup, 2nd battery, isolator, blah blah blah.
Between the wireless electric, a snatch block or two, the fact it swivels and not in the corner of the bed, more so at the corner of the bumper, and the it can just unbolt/slide apart, can anyone possibly see any issues?
I opped for the hydraulic cylinder plus winch. If for some reason the magic pixies in the wire don't want to work i can always pump some juice with the arm.
I understand it'll put some weight on the corner, but nothing a sleeved tube with holes for a pin won't fix.
