John Deere 445

I'm going to pick up a 445 on Friday for $2500 with 54" deck, 48" 4 way hydraulic plow, rear weight rack and weights and chains. 312 hours.

Is there anything specific I should look for on this tractor?

I'm really excited to find this setup for $2500.
